AhsayCBS Backup Flaws Exploited to Hijack Devices and Deploy Miners

Threat actors are actively exploiting software flaws in the AhsayCBS backup utility to take control of systems. Once compromised, attackers deploy web shells for ongoing access and install cryptocurrency mining programs disguised as Microsoft Edge. This activity drains server performance and leaves critical backup infrastructure open to intruders.
